Democratization of our shareholders' equity

100% of Y&V's shareholders' equity is in the hands of the directors and employees of the corporations. Y&V has thus achieved that the members of its personnel share a vision of developing the organization over the long-term and get involved with the actions that seek its consistent growth, beyond the immediate achievement of profitable options. The company now has 40 shareholders and the democratization process continues.
